RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased originally from Benz Leather
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 30 days for orders.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
If you still want to return the product, that isn’t a problem we have a 30 days simple return policy. Send us an email at support@benzleather.com and our representative will help you ship it back. Please be noted that the product should be unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Make sure the item is not used
WHO WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING?
The customer will pay for the return shipping.
SHOULD I SHIP IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
No. We try to reduce our carbon footprint whenever we can. So we’d want you to reuse the packaging. Just send only the product with its original tags and certificates intact.
